Job Summary: Work primarily supervising career coaches and coordinating career coaching services to students needing assistance with choosing a career pathway, developing a career plan, applying for dual enrollment in a program of study at a post-secondary institution or applying to enter post-secondary institution. Professional Duties and Responsibilities: -Supervise career coaches and provide career coaching training -Provide all career coaches with orientation to the college and programs goals -Coordinate the assignment of career coaches work closely with the Counselors, Graduation Coaches and/or Retention Coaches at local high schools to acquire support for initiative and secure resources needed for career coaches to be successful -Develop forms to track the work being done by career coaches and maintain data required to report on the success of the career coaches in meeting the six priorities outlined in the CCT plan. -Develop and maintain a relationship with the school administrators, CTE supervisors, students, parents and teachers -Serve as liaison for career coaches with college and partners staff to provide resources for coaches to be successful -Provide workshops and presentations to partners, business and industry groups, and community agencies to solicit community support and resources needed for students served by the career coaches. -Participate in quarterly Perkins Regional Partners meeting; report to the group progress of career coaches in meeting the goals outlined in the LAP -Provide support for career pathways initiatives -Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
